I found a very interesting post on the Calaveras County Taxpayers Association website (www.ccta.camp8.org) regarding the no growther's latest attempt to use normal EIR procedures against Trinitas owner Mike Nemee. Mike and Michelle have done nothing but welcome a transparent EIR process and deserve a fair shake by all including the liberal media. It nice to see that the Nemee's are fighting back against these frivolous attacks!

In his letter, Mr. Abbott clearly outlines the normality of this ongoing process and how it has been taken out of context and used against his client.
